What You Must Do

  • Goblet squat
    3 sæt - 12 reps
  • Bulgarian Split Squat
    3 sæt - 12 reps
  • Box step up
    3 sæt - 12 reps
3 gange

How You Must Do It

Warm up before workout an do the following exercises:

  • Goblet squat - 8-12 reps

  • Bulgarian Split Squat - 8-12 reps

  • Box Step Ups - 8-12 reps

Rest between each exercise and between sets, repeat 3 times.
