Benefits of the Workout

This is a clean abs workout that suits everybody that like a quick and effective workout fokusing on abs/core.

What You Must Do

  • Dead bug
    3 sæt - 15 reps
  • Side plank
    3 sæt - 30 sekunder
  • Mountain climber
    3 sæt - 20 reps
  • Hollow position
    3 sæt - 20 sekunder
3 gange

How You Must Do It

Warm up before workout, then do the following:

  • Dead bug  10-15 reps

  • Side plank 30 sec on each side

  • Mountain climber to elbow 20 reps

  • Hollow position 20 sec

Kjør dette settet 3 ganger. Ta pause mellom hver av øvelsene og mellom settene.
