Tuck jumps

Lower Body

Jump as high as possible and tuck your knees up

Sådan gør du

  • Stand with your feet with shoulder-width apart

  • Drop down into a quarter squat then explode into the air

  • Keep your back straight and tuck your knees up towards your chest as much as possible, before landing as softly as you can
