Travelling push ups

Abdominal muscles, Back, Biceps, Chest, Shoulders, Upper body

A push up is a fantastic exercise and beneficial for bulding upper body strength. When done with proper technique a push up can also strengteh the lower back and core by pulling the navle to the spine and engage the abdominal muscles. The last point is extremey important in a travelling push up to avoid hanging on the lower back.
