Abdominal muscles, Obliques

Easy to do but still a challenging core exercise.

1. Sit on the floor and lean back slightly, bracing the abdominals and angage the core 2. Twist the torso from side to side without moving the legs 3. Keep the heels on the floor or lift the legs for a more challanging version
