Pull ups, band assisted
Modified variant of the classic Pull ups. Choose the resistance band based on your own skill level and customize the exercise.

Attach a resistance band of the desired thickness to the rod. Thicker band - more help, thinner band - less help.
Stand on a box so that you can grab the band and insert the feet into it.
Grasp the bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
Pull your body up to the pole so you can get your chin over.
When you start the movement, feel that you start the movement by pulling the shoulder blades down and together. Open your chest and push your chest up against the pole.
Have a good tension in the body, tighten the core and seat.
The resistance band will give you the most help at the bottom of the movement.
