Set the seat height so that the handles align with the chest.
Sit firmly against the seat back with low shoulders, open chest and elbows out to the side.
Push through the handles until the arms are straight and lower controls back to the starting point.
Feel that you have good support from core muscles and the shoulder blades in contact with the seat back throughout the movement.
