Les Mills BODYBALANCE ™ is a mix of yoga, tai chi and pilates that makes you centered and calm. Here the focus is on the breath, at the same time as you train strength, balance and movement to calm music. To participate in the class, you must bring your own yoga mat. We sell yoga mats at the center. The calm music calms you down, while the combination of technique and movement gives you a physical workout, inner balance and harmony. You constantly focus on the breath while training your whole body.
